“Do the best you can until you know better.”

Everyone has a dream they want to achieve, one of them is to be able to study abroad and have a good life in the future.

A Vietnamese student, Lê Vương Nhật Linh, came to the Philippines to study IELTS at Keystone Academy in Subic. She wanted to improve her IELTS score to be able to study abroad particularly in the USA. Cristine, as she was called by everyone at the academy, strived hard.

She focused on studying and practicing more especially on her reading and writing skills in preparation for her exam last January. A week before that day, she had to do mock exam everyday hoping to obtain the score she desires. It was a very tough week for both student and teachers. However, the result was satisfying, from band 5 when in Vietnam, she got band 6.

You just have to believe that, “If your teacher or mentor believes you can do something, you’re more likely to do it.”
